You may find you don’t necessarily need to do anything to secure the rear wheel. Unless you are shuttling up super rough mountain roads the bikes don’t move much!

The way the bike’s fork angles over the tailgate does a surprisingly good job of limiting any movement on its own. There should be grooves in the bed of the truck that you can set the rear wheel into to limit movement too.

On top of that, the strap for the downtube and the small bumper pads on each side add another layer of security. 

If you are really concerned about it, simply run a ratchet strap or a bungee from the rear cargo hooks over the top tube of the bikes or thru the frame, or even over the rear wheel itself. Just a few ideas to help out.
